Upon signing up to our rewards program, 'Points' are earnt every time you make a purchase. For every £1 you spend, you will earn 5 points. Points earnt can then be redeemed as a discount on later order as every 100 ponits earned is equal to a £1 discount.
Signing up is easy! Just click the 'present' icon on the bottom right of your screen and follow the instruction on the pop up!

When you sign into you Room Lytham account, you will automatically be signed into your Loyalty account too. You can Log In or Sign Up for a Room Lytham account by clicking here.
When you have logged into your account, you can view your points and redeem by clicking the present icon at the bottom right of your screen.

1. Click the Present icon in the bottom right of your screen and enter your email.
2. Go to your email and follow the link
3. You can now view and redeem your points on our site!

When you refer a friend, your friend will receive a £5 voucher to spend on our store*.
When your friend purchases from our online store using there voucher, you will automatically be sent a £5 voucher as well!
*Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
Refunds & Rewards
If you return an item, any points rewarded for the purchase of this item will be deducted from your account when the refund is processed.
If you return all items on the order you redeemed points on, your points used will be credited back to your account.
If you only partially return your order, the full value of the items returned will be refunded, therefore, the points are still redeemed against the product you have kept.
